To successfully address customer requirements, Amsteel Castings and Electralloy Special Steel Castings have a team of engineers with substantial experience in drafting, dimensional analysis and methoding practices. The companies use a variety of 3D modeling software to illustrate the castability of a given product.

To supplement over 30 years of experience in methoding practices, the companies also use proprietary solidification modeling software to detect hot spots and possible shrinkage defects. The integrity of each of our castings is verified through stringent quality control.
